BeeLiving is the brainchild of Idan Asriel. Started in 1999, Idan saw a gap in the market for student accommodation with character. All over town mass produced student flats are springing up like prison wards. BeeLiving moves in the opposite direction.
From our large 5-8 bedroom houses to smaller 1-3 bedroom flats, all of our properties are developed specifically with students in mind, and reflect the needs of todays students. Every property is fully furnished, has top security systems as well as extensive electrical connections, but retains a character of its own. We have lovingly restored a selection of beautiful Victorian houses, all in locations that offer convenience for local shops and facilities as well as excellent access to NTU. We are also proud to say that all of our properties are above HMO standard, with full accreditation from CORGI(gas), NECIC(electric) and Unipol, as well as full public liability cover.
The BeeLiving ethos doesn't stop at the quality of our property portfolio. We aim to deliver a service that reaches above and beyond the call of duty. With an excellent maintenance team available every day, and an emergancy maintenance line monitored 24/7 we have an excellent record when it comes to completing all maintenance promtly, efficiently and with minimum disturbance to our tenants. Whoever you're in contact with, our entire team are friendly and helpful, to make your stay with us as carefree as possible.
